How does it work?

• We create a Desktop View and Remote Control from here.
• We create a Chat Interface with you
• We conduct a Detailed System Diagnostics, including Reboot & Reconnect
• We us LogMein software which lets us view and control your computer screen from here. Once the connection is made we will work directly on your machine.
• With your permission, a small file automatically downloads to the your PC. It's the interface through which we communicate with you and conduct remote support. The Applet automatically removes itself from your PC at session conclusion. You will enjoy:

How safe is it?

• You must permit a Technician to use each LogMeIn function (Remote Control, Desktop View, File Transfer, System Information, and Reboot & Reconnect)
• You can choose to terminate the session at any time
• All traces of the our program disappear from the your PC when the session is finished
• You must initiate the session and have the ability to override us and close the live session at any time. Once we have your permission to enter your computer system, we only perform requested tasks, explaining the procedure as you follow along. After the work is completed and the session is closed, you must initiate re-connection, we cannot restore the connection. LogMein is proven technology
  that has been used for years by large corporations to connect computers to tech support in their IT department.
